(TEX-MEMPH) PREPARED ON SITE, MADE FROM SCRATCH, AND MADE TO ORDER.Our BBQ is extremely flavorful but not too spicy, smoked but not too smoky, sweet & savory balanced perfectly, good old fashioned slow cooked, pit smoked AMERICAN BBQ. Our meats are dry rubbed & then smoked low & slow with hickory & cherry wood. Meats are served dry rubbed, moist & tender like you have never had before. Accent to your liking with our many house made BBQ sauces.
Our side dishes are unlike anything you have had before. Traditional items served in a way that you have never dreamed of, taking your simple lunch or dinner OVER the TOP. We swear, you would come here just for the side dishes.
Desserts….. you just have to see for yourself.
The Chow Hall is Take-Out & Pick-Up service. But feel free to sit at one of our outdoor picnic tables or indoor tables to eat, while you browse the inventory at the Armory.
